Complaints after you have travelled
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your stay, please let us know and we
will try to resolve it for you within 2 weeks of receiving your comments or
complaint. We need you to write to us so we can pass on your complaint. Once we
have received your complaint, we will acknowledge within 3 days and we aim to
have a resolution for you within 14 days.
