Once you have placed your booking request our dedicated team will do there best to confirm the room for you. We endeavour to respond to all requests within 24hours. Once the booking is confirmed you will receive an email to advise that your payment is due. You can either call our sales team or request a call back. Once payment is received you will receive all you vouchers and documents by email.

All your vouchers and documents are available at www.apexholidays.co.uk. Simply log in and follow the “my bookings” link. Your vouchers will be available up until the day you check in.

Ground staff are our local partners who have been appointed by us for your convenience. They are responsible for your booking and will be available at any time to assist you - from simple helpful advise to booking local excursions.

Yes, once you have requested a quote and proceed to make a request there is a notes section that will appear after names are entered. Should you have any special requests please advise in the space provided and we will do our best to satisfy every request.

All our rates on the quote screen will be a total price for the entire room(s) with all taxes and sur-charges included.
